- Finding new distributors and review business sales plans
- Planning sales and coverage target along with the company goals
- Control and manage all distributors and executions teams, setting individual sales targets
- Control trade promotion budget set form the company
- Manage the successful execution of trade promotion
- Analyze national market trends and discovers new opportunities for growth
- Suggest new innovative sales techniques to increase customers satisfaction
- Lead and train area supervisors to achieve targets
- Prepare reporting


- Candidate at least a bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably marketing, business studies, management, or equivalent) from reputable university
- At least 3 years experience in same position, especially for food industry/FMCG/Beverage
- Possess an extensive market network ( Kalimantan, Sulawesi & NTT )
- Willing to travel
- Having a good interpersonal approach with excellent communication skill
- Able to act as an effective organizer and leader for significant sales growth
- Have capability as analytical and decision making person
- Execution skill mind set with good planning
- Initiative, critical thinker, result oriented
- Good leadership skills
